When she’s not helping patients at reception, Laura is supporting Heather and the rest of the team, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. She says the best part of her job is being part of a small, friendly team.

Practice manager
Heather has worked in orthodontics for over 20 years. She oversees the whole business and strives to build a friendly, supportive environment for our team and patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and a trio of adorable dogs.

Jan

Receptionist
Jan has been part of the Splash family for over 10 years and even had her Invisalign treatment with us. The best part of her job is seeing our patients’ faces when their braces come off.

Ola

Head nurse
Ola manages our team of nurses and keeps our three busy surgeries fully stocked and running on time. You might meet her at your records appointment, where she'll take the photos, scans or X-rays we need for your treatment.

Emily

Nurse
Emily has been a part of our nursing dream team since 2018. She’s the practical joker of the practice and always makes us smile. Outside of work, she is the proud owner of a gorgeous black labrador.

Top tip for someone wearing braces: Make sure you have plenty of soft food in the house for when you first have them fitted.

Gabi

Nurse
Gabi is the early bird of the team, and she's usually the first one in, ready to start the day. The best part of her job is working with our younger patients. She's another dog lover and mum to a beautiful french bulldog.

Nurse
Emma joined us in 2018. She is qualified in dental radiography and currently undergoing her orthodontic nurse training.
