Lina

Practice Manager
Lina joined the Splash team in June 2025 and brings over 10 years of dental experience, having worked in a range of practices, from mixed general to specialist orthodontic clinics. Her varied experience means she truly understands the patient journey and is dedicated to making sure every patient receives the highest standard of care and customer service. Lina also enjoys supporting the team to work together seamlessly. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends and taking long walks with her dog, Pepe.

Treatment Coordinator
Laura is our super-efficient treatment coordinator, here to guide and support new patients through their journey. Friendly and knowledgeable, she’s always ready to help with whatever you need. When she’s not at work, Laura loves a good spa day and a bit of retail therapy.

Ola

Trainee Orthodontic Therapist
Ola, our former head nurse, is now training as an orthodontic therapist. She works closely with our specialists to support patients throughout their treatment. Known as a bit of a DIY expert, she’s always happy to lend a hand around the practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Animal-loving Emma is a key part of our friendly nursing team. She makes sure the surgery is always welcoming, clean, and ready for your next appointment.

Katie

Head nurse
As head nurse, Katie brings a wealth of orthodontic knowledge and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s always ready to support patients and teammates alike, and she ensures our surgeries are spotless and well prepared. After work, Katie enjoys good food and spending time with her dog.

Olive

Nurse
Olive is an experienced orthodontic nurse and a key part of our friendly team. Alongside assisting the clinician, she makes sure the surgery is clean and fully prepped for patient appointments. As a busy working mum, Olive spends her time outside of Splash caring for her beautiful young daughter.

Reception
Jan has been part of the Splash family for many years and is a valued member of our amazing front-of-house team. She takes pride in giving our patients the best possible service. At home, Jan loves spending time with her granddaughter and enjoying days out.

Esme

Reception
Esme is one of the friendly faces who will greet you on reception when you visit the practice. A psychology graduate from the University of Sussex, she has quickly become a favourite with both patients and the team. Friendly and approachable, Esme helps make every visit to Splash a positive one. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family and long walks with her dog, Poppet.
